Over the past 10 years, I've planted firm roots here in Tennessee and I've helped hundreds of others do the same. I grew up as the oldest of eleven kids in Northern California.
As an outdoorsman, I've found my home in Middle Tennessee. Before you ever see a listing, I've already read the plats, pulled the deeds, and called the county. If it's priced wrong — mine or not — I say so. Call me, and you get an answer the same day. No exceptions.
