Over the past 10 years, I've planted firm roots here in Tennessee and I've helped hundreds of others do the same. I grew up as the oldest of eleven kids in Northern California.
As an outdoorsman, I've found my home in Middle Tennessee. Whether you're buying land to build your legacy, selling a longtime home, or exploring freedom-oriented options, I'm here to make the process clear and intentional. I like to bring faith, energy, heart, and authenticity into my work. It's not a slogan — it's just how I was raised, and it's the only version of this job I know how to do.
I work across ten markets in this part of the state: Franklin, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Columbia, Centerville, Hohenwald, Camden, Dickson, Bon Aqua, and Leiper's Fork. That range isn't an accident. Middle Tennessee is one of the few places in America where a family can buy fifty wooded acres or a Craftsman bungalow within the same weekend — and I want to know both markets cold, so I can be honest with you about which one fits your life.
How I work
Before you ever see a listing, I've already read the plats, pulled the deeds, and called the county. If it's priced wrong — mine or not — I say so. Call me, and you get an answer the same day. No exceptions.
Land for your legacy. A home you've built a life in. Something freer. Same standard, every time: clear, honest, intentional.
"I will go to bat for you and your family."
